4 minus 3

Two big fellows and just one left between them.

That's eight points so these are certainly the two most senior stags around.

Others who from a distance looked to have no antlers turned out to be younger ones with simpler antlers that were not easily visible.

It's probable that the big stag above with one antler is the one seen here still sporting two on Friday:

have you ever found any antlers? If not I find them from the stags of big moor and would be happy to give you some tips on where to look and how to improve your chances of finding them, would be awesome if you found that antler he still had on, i photographed him during he rut of 2013. Where abouts was this photo taken, i'd love to look for some antlers round there!

It's no good looking for them. It doesn't work that way. I suggest you go round with your eyes closed until you trip up on an antler. H&S warning: you may fall over a cliff first - but what's life without risk?

I'm guessing you've never found any then..? Do they hang around where people often go? Or are they off the beaten paths? Would love to see which deer are living over there, as have many photos of the deer off big moor and below curbar edge

I've found antlers. But only when I've not been looking for them. When I've looked where I thought I might find one I've had no success. They wander all over the moors and in the woods.
