Doing Nicely (for the moment)


The respite from cow-management last year has benefited this corner of Blacka.


Bog Asphodel stalks can still be seen, unaware of the bovine depredations to come.


 Another beneficiary is sphagnum moss of which there are a number of fine clumps ready and waiting to be squashed by up to 120 substantial sized cloven hooves.

A good set of back feet.
